website with CMS

I need a 5 page website with the following features. 1. Photo album and the ability to VERY EASILY upload photos that automatically resize to fit the display area. 2. EASILY Editable text areas 3. Simple contact form 4. Web counter I have the five pages already designed and available as .psd files. All they need is chopping up and the coding done. This is for a client of mine who has very limtied knowledge of computers so they must be able to upload the photos and edit the content very easily. I need this project completed URGENTLY and to a high standard. only bid if you are planning on doing the work. Dont just bid and then post the project on GAF again.
