Wordpress & Thesis Expert Need to Redesign Blog

We need an individual who is an expert in WordPress and Thesis (diythemes). We need a redesign of our thesis theme and make the design look anime-based. The site is an ANIME site, so we need a design which is totally anime based. Some example of anime sites are: [login to view URL] , [login to view URL], [login to view URL], animeseason.com. Here's also an example of a Thesis theme turned totally cool: [login to view URL] We need redesign of our site([login to view URL]) with better functionality. Additional things like code editing through Thesis OpenHook are needed. The project will be explained to the individual chosen. NOTE: YOU MUST BE AN EXPERT IN THESIS WORDPRESS THEME and knows how to use hooks and stuff. Do include links to previous projects.
