Wordpress Expert - Theme Issues

So we bought a WP theme and installed it for our ecommerce site, and it works well. The problem is that the owner of the theme went AWOL and is no longer around for support - neither is there a support forum any longer. The theme (Express Store) is imposing its own meta information, which prevents our site from using the meta information that I want it to use in the SEO plugin that we've activated. I need someone to go into the code and remove this imposition. Secondly, if you could help me within the theme figure out how to edit the meta details of the product and category pages, that would be great. I don't imagine this taking too long for the right person, for sure no more than 4 hours. Just need someone who can get into the code and figure it out. Looking for someone with high trust rank here and so if you have no feedback, I won't be able to consider you for this. Please also link me to some coding projects you've done with Wordpress. Thanks!
