Burn to CD/DVD

Executable program that from command line burn a file to CD or DVD. Ie? BURNFILE "c:\program files\test\document number [login to view URL]" ## Deliverables This program will be called with command line. the command line has the file name. When executed it will look for CD/DVD burners. If more than one present it will ask which burner to use First messagebox "Insert blank CD/DVD" Short wait and make sure a CD is in burner. Burn the file to CD. If the disc is unusable or already burned - give error message and exit with errorcode. Filesystem windows standard or FAT, doesnt matter. Close the disc / finialise Extract disc. Give message is sucess or fail. If fail exit with errorcode.
