I need to find somebody with knowledge on how to Create an FTP site on a NAS Device so we can access our files remotely. I have the settings correct in the storage device however opening the port in the router is challenging. Once the port is opened, we can rename the IP address to a URL with a free at D-Link Dynamic DNS page, a free service that allows us to assign an IP address to a specific URL name. Storage device: D-Link DNS-323 Router: Linksys RVL200 This video explains exactly what I am trying to accomplish however the setup with the router in the video is very different from the RVL200.
