The relevant information is Date: 8/01/05 Time: 00:14:19 DID: 7325598519 Sender Number: 7046589132 Pages Received 1 I need the ability to install this application on a machine with an interface that allows me to do the following: Choose a DID Assign a value to represent daily, weekly or monthly (which will be when the report will be sent to an email (or multiple emails). If weekly is entered, a day of the week must be chosen, if monthly is entered a specific day of the month must chosen (1st, 10th, 15th, 21st, last) Assign an email address (must allow up to 5 addresses for each report) to send to Send an attached .csv file with the info listed above bcc address (an additional hidden address that logs get sent to (optional) Back End: Browse to select source files (they will be local, but their are mulitple) Enter time of day for processing/emailing to be done ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
