To Do List Software Program Need You To Build This

I need a program that will allow users to enter in to do items on a check list. This will be a virual todo list. Users will be able to set a deadline for compleation of the goals they enter into the program. As the deadline aproaches I would like the list item to change color or be highlighted in yellow and then red if the goal hasn't been compleated by the deadline. Goals compleated on time will turn green.... I will need the ability to customize the title bar or the program and to display affiliate links or banners within the bottom part of the client GUI. I would like to be able to change the ads or links shown dynamicly... (for example if 10 people downloaded the client with ad A showing I need the ability to go into my master control panel and change Ad A to ad B at which time the new ad would show in every client.... ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
