Need Fast Proposal / Quote Database Program

We are in need of a database program that will generate a price quote and give us the ability to add PDF files to make one master proposal. Database must have a GUI easy to use by our sales staff and have the ability for us to edit any field i.e. price, description, etc. Should also give us the ability to add or delete the number of PDF files to be used in the proposal. We want the sale staff to be able to check which specification pages (PDF) that they want included in the document. The proposal is divided into 3 sections. Part One is the Customer Info section where our salesman will input name, agency, street address, telephone, etc. Part Two will be like a spreadsheet which auto calculates when the quantities of each model is added, It will also calculated the total price for that line on the proposal. User will be able to select a range of discounts for each line item or a total discount for the entire proposal. We will supply you with an excel spreadsheet with all the model numbers, descriptions, etc. Part 3 will be a set of 50 PDF files to start the database and we will add the additional one via the GUI you design without the database. We want the program to be able to be used independent of other software programs and have the ability to print out the proposal quote on the user's printer. Want a clean, modern look and need this quickly! If you've done this before, send me a a few screen shots. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP and Mac OS 10 . The Mac is not critical, but is a plug for the coder that can make it work with both.
