PHP function to check email, phone, and html tag/link in a text field

I am looking for a PHP function that will read and scan? a large text field? about 50k size? and display any email address, USA phone number, and html tags or html links if it contains in the text field. The PHP function should be comprehensive enough to take care? of most possible cases.
