We have created original documentation for user of Sun Microsystems’ E10K. We would like someone to review our documentation for technical accuracy and completeness. The audience for this documentation is System Administrators and Field Technicians. The Reviewer would make corrections as necessary and ‘fill in the blanks’ when vital information is vague, incorrect or missing.
The information must be thorough and address the following areas of concern:
* Configuration Rules & Guidelines
* Administration and Hardware Procedures that include specific commands, command sequence, documented ‘best practices’ & “cautions??
* Administration ??" including SSP, Dynamic Reconfiguration, Dynamic System Domains, and Interdomain Networks.
* Troubleshooting methods ??" rules and guidelines & specific command sequence
* FRU Removal procedures - rules and guidelines & specific command sequence. Hot swap components and procedures.
The information will be accessed from a number of different perspectives so it is essential that the Reviewer considers the audience. Here are the primary audiences:
* Students ??" they expect the information to be presented sequentially
* Help Desks, Technicians and System Administrators ??" they expect many points of entry to begin their question for information.
