"Web-enabled Outlook Calendar"
I'm requiring a Web-enabled calendar site, which shall be a simplified version of the following sites:
The website shall have updating capabilities with the calendar.
I require it to provide a log-in screen and to authenticate for three different types of users:
_General Administrator_: It is required for the person who creates all types of accounts and shall have all privileges.
_Calendar Owner_: Required for the person who registers appointments. The Outlook copy of the owner shall have synchronizing capabilities with the one on the site, also setting hours for appointments with the capability to block specific hours.
_Visitor_: Required for the person who requests for appointments. The visitor shall be requested to fill out a survey, and once it is filled out, the visitor can set an appointment. The user shall be allowed to come back to review appointments already set and also to change them.
The screen in the program shall suggest sending e-mails which will be reminders for appointments made on the website.
I also require an electronic e-mail module that can send reminders automatically. The program shall generate history reports for all operations made on the website.
The calendar in the site shall have synchronizing capabilities with the Outlook copy of the owner.
