convert PSD design to worldpress website - repost

Hello Everyone, I need your help to convert my 8 pages PSD design into wordpress based website. Here are few key notes: front end 1. the login on the right side isn't functional. once we click on the login, it only leads the user to another page. 2. the there are three designs for the banner on the top. 3. the white lines on the banner need to be animated lines once the viewers first log on to the site. 4. there are two different layout design amount these eight pages. back end. 1. all the text content require a user friendly update section ( in this case we need eight sections so my customer can update all the contents.) 2. my customer should be able to upload different banner images. *To avoid the confusion, please ask as much question as you can before you give me a price. I am trying my best to description this project, but it up to you, a professionist to seeking up the possible issue.* *All the finish file need to be approved by the w3c validator and the quality check on our end before the full payment is made.* To save you sometime any quotation is higher than $120 won't be considered.
