Quick wordpress help - locked out of website

Hey, we need this job completing wuickly please, we need if possible to have all admin permissions reset. We were using white-label plugin and we tried to change some permissions for our clinet and we have made a mistake and now our clinets admin is restricted to a small ammount of edit and my admin is blocked. we have no database backup, is it possible to just reset the users so it is 1 user with full rights again? this job will be selected quickly to anyone that can do it so I know you understand the issue please tell me about my project in the description thanks Richard p.s. any questions please ask
