Wordpress Bridge Script For Infusionsoft

Hello, I would like to have a php script developed to control wordpress plugins that we sell, and are controlled from the Infusionsoft API. Would like to be able to add some short code into the index file of our wordpress plugins that connects with the Infusionsoft bridge script. Then have the bridge script look up the persons email address and then look for a tag (ex: ABC Plugin Active) and once it sees that allow the plugin to work on the users wordpress site. Here's what the bridge script needs to look for... 1) Users email address 2) The tag for the plugin (I'll create this inside of Infusionsoft and tell the script what tag to look for) 3) The number of plugin installs the user can install it on. This will be a custom field inside of Infusionsoft where I just put a number, like "5". This means the user could install the plugin up to 5 times. 4) If I set the field to "0" and remove the plugin tag, the wordpress plugin should shut off and display a message on the users site, like "ABC Plugin is Not Active, Contact Support) 5) If there is a "5" for amount of installs and the person tries to install in the 6th time. A message should show and say they need to purchase more licenses. Then whenever I want to use this bridge script on another wordpress plugin, I simply update the php script with the tag names, field names, etc. Then add the code into the wordpress plugin itself so it shows the "enter your email address" screen when the person tries to active it. This is a simple project for the right coder who understands wordpress, php and the Infusionsoft API.
