Wordpress Short Code Visual Change

I need some formatting edits to an existing Wordpress short code to create a new short code that contains the same data as the original but is visually different. The existing short code utilizes product ID numbers to add a product detail tooltip bubble to text in posts. I need the new short code to display the same information from the product database but as a stand alone (not tooltip based) product box that can be used multiple times on a page to create a product gallery. The attached image shows the current short code format and how I would like the new one to appear (the new one uses CSS styling from other existing elements on the site). Given that this is basically just a styling repackage and much of the code is already in place in the existing short code, I would invite realistic bids that reflect the size of the job. Please note, the site in question deals with sex toys and whilst there is nothing pornographic, bidders need to be comfortable working in an adult themed environment.
