convert PSD designs to tableless CSS

We're building a B2B auction site and have one Photoshop layout (PSD file or jpg) we want converted to web-standard XHTML/CSS code using tableless CSS design practices. More work (another dozen pages) will follow if conversion of the initial page is completed to our satisfaction. The resulting HTML/CSS should validate with the W3C Validation Service and work in all major web browsers including Firefox, IE6 and IE7. Buttons and tabs and graphical elements should be implemented in CSS without use of GIFs or JPGs except where unavoidable (logo and background textures). The project must be completed in one week from acceptance of your offer. Please provide examples of web sites you've implemented in valid XHTML using tableless CSS design practices. We are looking for a long term partner, not a one time project, so please bid accordingly and provide your portfolio links. ## Deliverables Coder must provide a single stylesheet file named "[login to view URL]" plus an HTML file that implements the design. The resulting HTML/CSS should validate with the W3C Validation Service and work in all major web browsers including Firefox, IE6 and IE7.
