258837 Flash - php - xml Messenger

We are looking for a instant messenger type, module we can integrate withing our member system. It needs to include basic messaging/smilies and support for audio/video. We don't any chatrooms. We will create a list of users which are online. After clicking a link, the chat will open, and the other users should receive a notification that someone wants to chat. The application needs to use FMS or RED5, preferred is FMS RED5 and WOWZA. Who already made this and wants to sell it again.
