Stealth Project Site

Hi. We're in need of a basic site for a stealth project. The goal of the site is to provide potential developers with some basic information on what we're going to be creating, and to allow the developer to create a test application for us to determine/judge their development skills. The overall function of the site is to allow us to quickly determine who we want to possible recruit for our application. We've decided that the best way, is to actually have the potential developer create a test application that will demonstrate their skills. The site should have a few basic sections, with most of the site being static content. The design of the site could be a CMS/Template kind of system. We'd prefer PHP/HTML/JScript, but are open to other technologies. The site will have to use a database (Mysql), and should run on the Apache/Linux environment. As part of the project, you will be expected to help get the site up/running within the targteed environment. The critical areas of the site are allowing users to Registeer/Login, to allow the user to download the Test App framework, and to allow the user to upload the completed Test App, and any required output files. There will also have to be an Admin section, allowing the Admin to manage the users, and the Test applications developed by the Users. There may need to be additional functionality as the project moves forward, but this pretty much covers the majority of the required functionality. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
