443183 Webdesign Manager for adults sites

Must be available to work a every day on daily bases - NO EXCEPTIONS to this Looking for webmaster to manage on daily bases few adult's websites General updates, emailing, Sms mailing, database updates, SEO, Links exchanges, banners, Improvment of the site design. And general tasks to make all sites more successful. Must be proficient in PHP, html/xhtml/w3c/flash & PHP. Someone that can develop/design a site, turn around and make a flash intro for it if necessary, then if needed also program a little PHP (create contact forms, submit to database etc..) Need compliant designs / photo shop / flash & PHP knowledge is preferred More experience the better. Must be able to work directly with our project manager via Skype to receive updates & complete changes and updates to client's sites in real time through. Must speak good English I need someone to be able to do html edits, fixes, work with adults sites template, work with regular sites, its all random, but basically just need html/web design work etc. done, basically need someone on standby on yahoo messenger.. to be available for work , we have random projects and random site fixes , or edits that need to be done.. our project managers would need you to be here so they can msg you during the times to get the work complete.
