Add an Email Subscriber ListServ system to my Wordpress website -- 2

Overview: I need a system/setup added to my Wordpress website that allows me to send emails to subscribers upon submission of various ninja forms. More complex details that are required: 1. I need to be able to send an email from ninja forms action to a group of subscribers based on the conditional settings within the form. 2. Users need to be able to subscribe to lists via their user accounts. 3. I need to be able to limit how many lists users can subscribe to per their account type. (meaning that people who pay more money are able to subscribe to more lists). 4. I need this to act like a listserv or group email where I can send an email to a list of subscribers by sending it to the overall list email address (i.e. the list is called "Orlando Florida DJ's" and the email address assigned to this group is "orlandofloridadjs[at][login to view URL]".. When I send an email from ninja forms to orlandofloridadjs[at][login to view URL] the list gets the email. 5. I need this to be expandable, in that, I can create new subscribable lists at will. Items of note: I've purchased the Suite of Ninja Forms in its entirety so I have the ability to utilize their conditional logic as well as any other features they offer.
