I need a developer who can add an SVG overlay like this ([login to view URL]) on top of this ([login to view URL]) JavaScript viewer. 1. SVG overlay source code: [login to view URL] 2. JavaScript viewer source code: [login to view URL] AND [login to view URL] 3. SVG objects must be drawn using mouse click events at any zoom level 4. SVG objects must be stored to and loaded from the database Other details will be discussed with the prospective developer.
