I want to make a job portal website. But as a first step, i would like to have around 20 pages in my website. I have bought the domain name. Below are my requirements:-  The site should be more of image based  Need a responsive website. I have just started and it is the first phase of the project. Please apply only if you have time to discuss on skype/phone for 30 minutes at least twice on a week till the completion of the project[I am available only first half of the day or after 10:30 PM IST].
