Well this can be happens 1) If you are using any plugin for form, may be you miss settings. 2) If its beyond this we have to follow process by creating a sample page and run custom email code and in that case if it not works its may be server issue. If you have some external email marketing system, we can divide the email in two lists depending on the domain the user was when filled out the form. If you don't have an external marketing system we can save the domain info of each contact, so you can generate two separate reports for each domain.
