I have recently worked a lot with the MWS API - I would love to work with you. For me it is not about the money but I want to build up my reputation here. I recently worked with an online shop seller to get all of his orders from all of his online stores. He has an eBay, an Amazon and an etsy store and we did a project where we combined all of those using the APIs from each service in order to put all of the information into one document. I have been looking at your document and it seems quite interesting. But I think you should first with the basics - just getting the orders from all the different markets. The markets have their own individual marketplace id so that would be no problem. There is no real limitation to how many accounts can be linked. You just need to authorize the different Amazon Seller Accounts for connecting with the API. That is quite straightforward. But it seems like you are asking for a little too much with that interface given all the requirements you have. I think at the price you are asking it is not doable. The configuration should come on top of the basic work. Getting all the information first and the using the configuration as a filter.
