Hello mate, A senior systems engineer with 3 years of industry experiences. Currently holding RedHat Certified Systems Administrator licence for RHEL 7 (the latest). I'm currently managing high availability AWS cluster for world famous proof reading company which has a huge server cluster including Web (IIS), Database (SQL Sever), NAS, Processing Engines, VPCs, Load Balances, S3 storage, Backup systems, etc. I can deploy all of your requirnments, but you should know that I'm not a developer, therefore I don't have PHP coding skills.
