Please see full details in the doc before submitting your proposal. I seek an andriod (only) app be developed from scratch. The main function of the app is for the user to enter in a reference number, then take a number of photos. The photos will be initially stored on the device, then uploaded to a linux server and logged in to a database. A user must also be able to request sets of photos based on the same reference numbers. The task is to create the app. Create and configure a database. Ensure that the app is not only functional, but is also user friendly. The app is only intended for android tablet use. It's a private app and so publishing to Google App store is not crucial but please indicate in your proposal, whether or not you're registered to publish apps. Though I have published many tasks on Freelancer in the past, this is to be my first mobile app request. I have set a budget based on what I think is reasonable given the limited number of features sought. If you have any questions about the project, please include them in your proposal. Proposals from bidders who have not read the attached doc, will be ignored.

Camera Is there any particular requirement to upload the photos via SFTP and not through APIs. To accomplish what you have mentioned we would need to create APIs , and hence uploading the files via API would be better. Thanks Sam
