Astrological website

Hello freelancers, I have a modified request of one I posted here several weeks ago - as it turned out, it needs better specification. SO: I need a programmer who could do the following two things: 1) to create astrology software for my website that would generate basic astrological data after inserting the specific date/time/place of birth as it is usual - i.e. positions of planets and houses, asteroids and points - and create a standard chart in Western astrology. That would be it - a functioning astroweb-chart (something like this: [login to view URL]). 2) Further, these astro-data should be exported into an appropriate format (degrees of individual signs °, or 0-360° of the circle) so that it could be used by a map application which will be also part of the web – (and these 2 apps will work together as one app in fact). This map-app will take the degree-information of the chart data and project them on a map in specific coordinates. I have already found a promising programmer for that map-app, only he is not familiar with the astrological software field. Therefore it would be necessary for the astro-app-programmer to be cooperative with this map application developer when building the architecture of the web-app. I believe that for someone experienced it should not be a problem. So, please, respond only if you are perfectly sure you would be capable of doing this. And I will send you more details. If some of you are sure you would also be able to create the map application, which is not part of my request at the moment, feel free to write me too – this app is a bit unusual and if we get into a deadlock your help might be needed.
