I am applying for the Designing of Web Map and Application opportunity. I am a graduate of Salisbury University and Moi University with a Master’s degree in Geographic Information System Management and Bachelor’s degree in Geography respectively. My vast skills and experience of over 10 years in GIS, Remote Sensing and Mobile GIS ensure that I am an individual who know how to accomplish geospatial workflows and tasks personally. In my prior jobs, I worked in capacity of Geospatial Consultant, Geospatial Training Consultant, GIS Analyst and GIS and Remote Sensing Instructor, which required that I complete different tasks. I know that I would be a great fit for the opportunity and would be able to deliver. I have past skills and experience in developing web and mobile maps and applications respectively. Using API's of the Bing Maps, and dataset hosted in a database like Postgres, the shapefile will be published and overlaid with the Bing Maps API with other functions like query definition, search etc factored. On this project I will use the Bing Map platform coupled with TileMap in optimizing of layers and edit all styles as required using the development language of choice. your sample link is very nuce! this can be easily achived. this can be done in cad or as package. i have good experience on such mapping. if pissible pls let me know.
