Build a designer style, world class website with animations and interest

The Project is to re-design, build and promote a website for a client of mine. This is a subcontract job in the UK. The website needs to be a WordPress website, which I will host on our VPS servers. The website must be responsive in design, and have templates to create new pages, using the WordPress system to add/edit/remove. This needs to be completed and live by the mid August 2019. The client will provide the copy, a feed that updates some of the page content, and the logos , but we need to provide everything else. The design has to be something interesting and “mind blowing”, with animation to make the site come alive. Use of Java or Flash is not allowed because against best practice and blocked by some browsers, instead HTML and compressed videos to be used. Unify favour the idea of icons over using photos, and where photos are to be used we are to avoid using popular stock photos, and instead use photos with meaning or branded to be part of a theme, to give them meaning. The client is a provider of printers and print management, but wants their website to be completely different, look more like a design agency than something from the print industry.
