Crack The Vault Type Game

What i want is a basic Crack The Vault game. The user will see the front page with a place to put his guess (can be a sentence, few words or a number) and click on submit. If he is right, he will be directed to a page where it will tell him he was right AND send him an e-mail telling him he won and instructions on how to get the money prize. There will also be a weekly hint released and shown on the front page. The user will also be able to purchase a hint by paying with paypal ( hints are stored at the database and can be edited / added / deleted by admin). I also want to display the jackpot on the front page and everytime a user purchases a hint, the jackpot rizes by 10% of the ammount he paid for the hint. This will require also a basic admin panel to manage the hints in the database, manage the cost of a hint, manage the sercret answer and manage news to show on the front page. Also, i want that every user will have 5 trials and then he will need to register. After he registers he can try as many time as he wants. Registration Fields: First name Last name E-Mail address Password Confirm Password I then want to be able to send the weekly hint to all registered users by mail from the admin panel. I want to be able to change the ammount of trials before user has to register from the admin panel.
