Create a line of best fit software overlay to BinaryTilt

Hello, We would love to have a piece of software created that looks at the graphs available on [login to view URL] and either through an XML feed, services like [login to view URL] (or other method suggested by you) analyze the data of signal providers graphs over several predefined time periods (Say, 30 seconds, 60 seconds, 300 seconds, 3600 seconds, 86400 seconds or anything else) and places on the graph a line of best fit that moves as new data comes available (each second or so). I then want to be able to have the ability to set up rules that might state if all X line of best fit (say 60 second, 300 second, 3600 second) are pointing in the same direction wait for an anomaly such as a super high peak in the opposite direction and then alert the user with a popup and/or ability to run an executable to then script an onscreen action to click two web page buttons. Clearly here a prerequisite would be programming knowledge, smart hysteresis system and near instant analysis for the call to action. We are negotiable on price
