Hello, We need a simple function to call Desktop Push Notification from Browsers even when our site will not be opened. If a user first opens our site (on desktop and mobile browsers), they will be asked to enter their city which will be stored in the cookie. Also users will be asked if they allow our site to send them notifications. Any users who have selected Yes to send them notifications, we should be allowed to send them desktop push notifications based on their City selected even when users have not opened our site Thanks
