Ebay API project

I need two functions function 1 - a simple function to "cancel" a live listing associated with the account. I want to simply pass the ebay ecommerceid to the function, and have it return any debug information as well as end the listing, or reason for failure if it fails. function 2 - a simple function to change the quantity of a live listing associated with the account. I need a PHP script which will use the 959 version of the ebay api The script must be compatible with php 5.4 You will need to use your sandbox account for development and testing. This utility must run from the linux command line, and not require a browser. The utility should build a simple text log file with all inputs and outputs.
