Fetch numbers from a website, save them into a file but also work with the numbers

So for the website above it would be this two numbers: 1821283 1113109 Then you need to take the next value in the dropdown menu "Tag" and fetch the numbers on the same position again. Once, the entries are all finished, it must change the dropdown value of "Jahr" to the next value and then fetch all numbers from all "Tag" entries again. In the end, there will be a very long list of these above mentioned 7 digit numbers.
