I have current experience doing extract transform and load jobs at my place of work from PDF's in PHP and C# I transformed data from over 15,000 BOMs (Bill of Material) through the use of regular expressions to grab each relevant data-pair and throw them into their respective tables. I have read the attached requirements and have already begun preliminary scraping of the PDF's and writing the regular expressions to get a head start. I fully understand the requirements can have this project finished within 5 days or less. If awarded the project I would have already started so the time frame may even be less.
