Help with already created wordpress website design and future projects

I already have a website setup but I want a relaible wordpress expert that is able to custom code some designs. No just "plugin" experts. I need someone to be able to understand codes and modify already existing codes without breaking the website. I will offer 25$ per design Job(1-4 simple requests) and those will be on a constant basis. I have multiple jobs that will be coming throughout the next month or two so maybe will total to more than 300$. Here's an example of a design request that I need done now: My website is: [login to view URL] 1) For the menu on the right I need to add a thumbnail next to each menu link. There is a plugin that does the job however it breaks the menu options so that submenus and megamenu do not work anymore. The plugin that works is called "menu Image" but it will break the functionality of the menu. See photo 1 as to how I need it to look. 2) The woocommerce shop page is showing only two columns of products, I want it to show 4, there is a plugin but its not working. (see image 2) 3) For the phone version of the website. the search bar does not show the full word when searching , only shows the first letter. I want someone to modify so that the full bar shows the whole word "search" (See image 3) 4) some products are breaking the page and the sidebars are appearing broken at the end of the product page.
