HTML to PDF Conversion

We need an excellent PHP programmer that has expertise in HTML/CSS conversion to PDF. The PDF files should be CMYK and 300 dpi. This will be installed on a Linux/Apache server. The only extension available on the server is imagick. We estimated this task to be right around 10-12 hours. We will pay by the hour based on the hours mentioned. Lowest bid with experience on a similar project is preferred. Needs guaranteed result. Please reply with a link to a similar project.
