Implement/create blackjack for cam site to run in flex (fms) setup

Hello i am making a cam site i bought the modena cam site from them [login to view URL], so i want a page on my website([login to view URL]) for Blackjack (i have the php script)using the token system that is on there, then i want to have the blackjack dealer be the cam girl, basically just want cam users to be able to join a table that seats up to 7 people table. Really i am looking for a partner who knows how to code, I have a few girls already that can start, and the ideas i have besides this there are no cam sites like it, if i can get a good coder to go 50/50 with me we can turn this into a multi million dollar site. I have alot of experience in marketing and all ud have to do is the scripting parts i can take care of the rest. So let me know if your interested, or if you know anyone. But if no one will i just got my truck stollen a few days ago so gotta get that before i can drop more money into site, but if someone wants to build it n get it made , i can pay when its done. Coding is done in the flash fms files, which is php/flash....and the main site is made with php and code ignitor Thanks
