iOS Developer needed for Calendar App

We are seeking a motivated, artistic and technically savvy consultant to create a world class To-Do List/Calendaring app. The app will be built exclusively on iOS. The successful consultant must have extensive experience building, testing and deploying iOS apps and have a verifiable portfolio of currently available apps on the App Store, preferably containing calendar or To-Do functions. Experience linking the calendaring functions to Outlook and other calendar applications is very helpful, as is experience handling various types of notifications (local and push). Features of the app to be built include: Three main screens, a "today" screen, a "calendar" screen, and a "remember (to-do)" screen. The "today" screen is the primary screen and shows the user's daily schedule. This schedule will schedule is organized in chronological order. The "calendar" screen will show a calendar similar to the iOS 8 calendar Apple provides. There, users can click on a date and they will be able to see their schedule for that specific date. On that day, the schedule will be transferred to the "Today" screen. The "remember" allows users to add their to-do items. These "to-do's" are not associated with a date or time, they can then be transferred to the calendar or today screens. *Note* the "calendar" screen for a specific day is practically the same as the "today" screen, except for the fact that one screen is a today. Also, when a user has an event, there needs to be a notification that goes to their phone. Full specifications, including some renderings are available for serious applicants. Payment will be milestone based only. No requests for up front payments will be considered. Fluency in english is required. You must also be able to work on Pacific Standard Time. We will remain in daily contact with the developer and expect future enhancement to the app and additional work for the developer.
