Joomla expert to set up pagination on website

I need a Joomla expert to set up the pagination and URL for our websites search results. We use the iproperty component and SEF404 for our URL’s Required: Set up pagination and that the page number shows in the URL: [login to view URL] We would also like the filters used to also appear in the URL: [login to view URL] When they press the clear button on the left hand search bar then remove the filters and show the starting search result including the page.
