LimeSurvey (5.x) theme & custom question type

We need to adopt the Company‘s CI to our LimeSurvey instance and add a custom question type. The job is to develop a custom theme which matches the current Homepage-layout and style based on a modern framework (Bootstrap, Tailwind etc). On top of that a custom question type video/audio-recording needs to be developed (there seems to be an older audio-recording plugin here: [login to view URL]) Core requirements are: - Make all items of user-facing surveys match the current style of out corporate homepage - Add / develop a custom audio-video-recording question-type using the JS MediaRecorder API. We need this to be done very well and with as many loops as required – however we will be fair in terms of additional payments when the originally assumed effort is exceeded!
