Linkpoint Form Recurring Donations

We have a working Linkpoint Basic form to which we are attempting to add "recurring donations." The person who bids on this will only need to add/manipulate our form in order to allow recurring donations and to pass along a variable that allows recurring donations to occur until manually stopped. It's a small job, but one which requires some Linkpoint familiarity and HTML form expertise.
