Make A Custom Script.

I am looking for a custom script designed. With the following options. First there are some directories which i own which run on the script from the site www dot phplinkdirectory dot com. Its hell for me to check each and every directory submissions and approve them and then make a report. I own 20 dirs, i want a script to be designed in a way that without doing submissions or approval i directly add the sites on a particular category page. Also, the added links should show into the total [login to view URL] links in the directory and category page. In am adding 20-50 directories more, so the bid price should also include 20-50 installations of the directory script into my hosting account. I have $100 budget for this work.
