multi level rewarding solution

We are looking for a following solution; a web and mobile platform which allows users to view, book and buy services and products of merchants with a wallet facility and payment gateway integrated. prefer to have something to kickstart immediately. The solution is a multi-level rewarding platform for users and merchants. example: When a user is recruited to the system, user to receive a welcome bonus set in system, like cash bonus to their wallet, some discounted vouchers A merchant, agent, user who recruits a user will receive a bonus of cash value to their respective wallets Any bonus received can be only redeem to cash payout if set by admin. otherwise they can use it to redeem for all their services booked. Facility: Wallet: 1/ users are allowed to popup to their accounts using payment gateways 2/ users are allowed to spend to all network of merchants Booking of services: 1/ merchants able to list all their services and products, if services it requires a booking of appointment with merchant after payment is done 2/ merchant to be notified once a booking is done 3/ users will receive shop back rewards back to their wallet 4/ merchants/agent/user who recruited the spending user will receive cash rewards based on % set in system for commission over spending rewards Advertising spaces Both web & mobile platform to feature with advertising spaces which will be sold to merchants or participating companies.
