mySQL DB for Training Registration

Develop a mySQL database and php interface to allow for students to register for limited spaces in 12+ different courses. [1] Create the required tables and fields to support the database. [2] Develop the PHP/HTML interface to read/write to the database as required where all data obtained is formatted within a table (that will be subsequently inserted into existing webpages). [3] Allow for username/password protected Admin interface to add/delete/modify courses, add/delete/modify student records, print reports, etc. [4] Courses shall be presented in tabular format with zebra shading on every other row. [5] Each row shall contain the following information: Course #, Course Title, Remaining Seats, and a "SELECT" button. [6] Registration shall include standard contact information and number of seats being reserved (default = 1) [7] Successful registration will result in an email confirmation being sent to the student, as well as an email notification being sent to an admin address. [8] Email header information shall be forged to a default "From Name" and "From Address" established in Admin "Settings" [9] Admin shall be able to print a class roster report by specific class (ie a given course on a specific date.) [10] Webpages shall only show courses that are in the current date minus 7 days. Classes older than 7-days automatically drop from website visibility. (Prefer this 7-day figure to be set by Admin in a "Settings" page). [11] An effort shall be made by the Seller to facilitate the Buyer's assignment of CSS font classes to various fonts that will be shown on the website pages. (ie, the Seller shall create one or more classes as appropriate where the Buyer can execute a "Find/Replace" if required so that the new content matches the existing website. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be delivered by the Seller in ready-to-run condition compressed in a single *.zip file for the Buyer to install in the Buyer's environment. (b) An SQL query statement must be provided in *.txt format which will create the structure of the database defined in this project. This *.txt file will be included as a component of the compressed *.zip file. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
