mysql lookup and formatted display

page with left panel navigation, right 2 column display query. 2 methods of query: 1. search button that will query mysql db for like matches and display them on right 2 columns in list format, then user can click on record and it will display in same area in a full format I've already created with static data. 2. listing of alphabet letters with links for each letter, mysql query based on query of entries starting with that letter, results displayed in the same manner as the first method. Possibility of "next page" functionality if >50 entries displayed in initial listing. Sampling of entries to be displayed in descending order of search popularity underneath the search functions on left panel. You create the db as you like it, I have a phpmyadmin and/or ssh login/command prompt interface, we could create it, but you'd likely create whatever you thought best anyway :)
