Need to NOT load my theme JS on Wordpress admin pages (functions.php see screenshots)

Hi. I am in the process of making my theme faster. I have dequeued jQuery and reload it in the footer from Google CDN instead of from Wordpress. I also load all my other scripts in the footer and have had no issues. All seems to be working quite well and is fast too BUT - Gravity forms is throwing me an error from the backend ADMIN page? Which is odd because I wrapped all my dequeue and enqueue function in " if(!is_admin()) { } " so I have no idea how my scripts are even affecting the backend. They are though... if I delete them the errors go away. Very odd. Need someone to help me fix this. I don't want to load additional scripts... I am just trying to load what I already have in the footer - and trying to not let anything my theme is outputting actually output on Admin pages. See screenshots. No plugins! This is an error coming from my [login to view URL] file.
