The best and easiest way for this pickup is to create JOB from the email you get from customer but SMS if you get then you need to send an email too with the info. Then i will scrape the email content and put it in a list of JOBS and your workers has to add address for each pickup which will be linked to Google address and then once they go and receive it they just mark it work done and move on to newer requests. There is no short distance work than Google maps. so discuss with me and i will see how much more i can help on this software using PHP/MYSQL.
