I am launching my web design agency in quebec at the moment. I need some solid web dev who can get the job done. I will also need you to provide your portfolio so I can pitch clients with your work. Someone from quebec and with experience dealing with construction company will have the edge. If your not french but you have experience with construction company it would give you some advantage too. Here is what I am looking for: -Hability to to code html,css, java, php and jquery to my my template a charm to my clients. -Have fast turn around time. -etc I am basically selling wordpress and html temple to my clients, please quote on the following scenarios in your response; How would you charge for: a 10 page with content provided wordpress site using a premium template. a 10 page with content provided HTML site using a template.
