PHP coder required

We are looking for a good PHP coder who can modify PHProxy files in order to get them work from command line app. Currently Phproxy seem to work only from [login to view URL] I want to use it from command line terminal bypassing their URL form. means ACCESS FROM MY LOCAL SERVER THRU PHPROXY SERVER TO A TARGETED REMOTE SERVER do all these tasks with COMMAND LINE TERMINAL.
